Do I need to have a prior booking system?
No. Kibans creates the system from scratch or integrates with what you already use — Reservo, Google Calendar, Excel spreadsheet, or any system you have today. There is no need to change anything about your current operation.
How does automatic payment collection work?
The bot generates a Mercado Pago payment link and does not confirm the booking until the payment is credited. Zero risk of a "no show". The player knows that without payment there is no slot, and the system reinforces this automatically.
What happens if someone cancels?
The bot automatically frees up the court and offers it to other players who have inquired about that time slot. If you have a refund policy, it is configured according to your rules. You don't lose a single available slot.
Can I manage multiple courts with a single number?
Yes. The bot knows what courts you have, which hours are free and which are occupied, all in real time. A player can ask "is there a padel court for 4 people on Saturday at 8 PM?" and the bot searches among all your available courts.
Does it work on weekends at 2:00 AM?
Yes. The system never sleeps. A player can book at any time without you having to be awake. Confirmation, payment, and reminders are sent automatically, whenever the player needs them.
Can I configure discounts or special prices?
